Wetangula, Kibet Mount Strong Defence for President Ruto's leadership

National Assembly Speaker Moses Wetang'ula and President William Ruto's Personal Assistant, Farouk Kibet, have intensified campaigns in support of the President, arguing that he has fulfilled the promises he made to Kenyans and deserves another term in office.
Speaking during an economic empowerment event for boda boda operators in Port Victoria, Busia County, the two leaders said President Ruto should be granted a second term to complete the development projects his administration has initiated They maintained that his government has laid a strong foundation for economic growth and national development, which requires continuity.
"President Ruto has demonstrated his commitment to transforming the country through development projects and economic empowerment. We should give him another term to complete the work he has started for the benefit of all Kenyans,"
The leaders also criticized Democracy for the Citizens Party (DCP) leader Rigathi Gachagua, accusing him of pursuing personal political ambitions. They argued that his leadership agenda does not serve the interests of Kenyans and urged voters to reject his bid for national leadership.
"Leadership should be about serving the people, not personal interests. Kenyans should remain focused on leaders with a clear development agenda,The government has ensured that every part of the country benefits from development, regardless of political affiliation. That is why we support the President's re-election,"
Several Members of Parliament echoed the call for President Ruto's re-election, including Mwengi Mutuse (Kibwezi West), Raphael Wanjala (Budalang'i), Mary Emaase (Teso South), Innocent Mugabe (Lugari), and Omboko Milemba (Emuhaya). The lawmakers praised the President's administration, saying it has ensured that development projects are distributed equitably across all regions of the country.
Busia Governor Dr. Paul Otuoma and Arthur Osiya, the Administrative Secretary in the Office of the President, also backed the President's record, stating that Busia County has benefited significantly from the government's development agenda under President Ruto's leadership.
