Our journalism and data
We aim for accurate, useful reporting and correct material errors when identified. Stories and reference data reflect the information available at publication and may change. Currency figures, charts and company information are provided for general information, may be delayed, and are not financial, legal, medical or other personalised professional advice. Check primary sources before making decisions.
Using our work
Copyright and other rights in our journalism, photographs, branding and software belong to their respective owners. You may link to our pages and use material as permitted by law. Republishing substantial content, commercial reuse or using photographs requires permission unless a legal exception applies. Attribution does not by itself grant a licence.
Responsible use
Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, impersonate others, upload malicious material or infringe another person’s rights. Keep staff account credentials confidential and report suspected unauthorised access promptly. We may restrict access where reasonably needed to protect people, content or the service.
Material you send us
Only submit material you are entitled to share. Sending a news tip allows us to review it and contact you; it does not guarantee publication or transfer all ownership rights to us. Tell the newsroom before sending information if confidentiality is important. Any separate publication or commercial agreement takes precedence for that material.
Advertising and external services
Advertisements and external links are identified where appropriate. Their appearance is not an endorsement. Third-party products, embedded players and external websites have their own terms and privacy practices. Advertising bookings and other paid services are subject to their separately agreed commercial terms.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep the service available but cannot promise uninterrupted access or error-free content. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by reliance on general information or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy, complaints and corrections
Our Privacy statement explains information handling and your choices. For a correction, complaint or rights request, email tvmagharibi@gmail.com and include the relevant page and a clear explanation. We review concerns and may update or remove material where appropriate.
Applicable law and updates
These terms are governed by Kenyan law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. Disputes may be brought before a competent court. We may revise these terms as the service evolves; the date above identifies the current version.
