Isaac Mwaura Praises President Ruto’s Achievements in First Three Years

Government Spokesperson Isaac Mwaura has strongly defended President William Ruto’s performance, stating that no other Kenyan president has achieved as much as Ruto has within his first three years in office.
Mwaura made the remarks while speaking to journalists, highlighting several flagship projects and reforms initiated by the current administration.
He pointed to progress in infrastructure development, affordable housing, healthcare expansion through the Social Health Authority, and efforts to create new economic opportunities for young people as key areas where the government has delivered tangible results. Mwaura argued that these initiatives demonstrate a clear commitment to transforming the lives of ordinary Kenyans at a pace never seen before.
The comments come amid ongoing public debates about the government’s record and rising living costs. Mwaura urged critics to compare Ruto’s early tenure fairly with previous administrations, insisting that the current leadership has shown remarkable energy and focus on delivering development projects across the country. He maintained that President Ruto remains determined to build a more prosperous Kenya for all citizens.
