Kemunto Announces Engagement Days After Breaking Up with Iyanii
Social media influencer and media personality Diana Kemunto, popularly known as Shes Kemunto, has surprised many by announcing that she is now engaged.
She made the revelation during an interview with local YouTubers on Sunday, 29 March 2026. Kemunto said, “I am engaged. Nilikuwa soko, and now I am engaged; that is how fast life goes.”
The announcement comes just days after her short-lived relationship with musician Iyanii (Ian Okwemba Oure) ended. Kemunto explained that she chose not to share details publicly this time because she had made mistakes in the past by doing so. When asked about her new fiancé, she joked that fans would only see “one finger, an ear, and if she goes far, a ring.”
Kemunto has had a turbulent personal life, including a toxic “come-we-stay” marriage at age 18 in 2016, which she left in 2020 after suffering repeated abuse.
