Has also urged the government to act lawfully and compensate victims' families and security agencies to account, arrest perpetrators.
" its the government's duty to protect citizens, and if it fails , it should compensate families of the victims, section 238 of the kenyan constitution it talks about the security. And if the government doesn't protect its people then it must be called for" ~ Okiya Omutata
