Before Ngeno's death, earlier today, he visited Mara Rianta in Narok County near Maasai Mara National Reserve in a search for two men who were swept away by the mara River, then flew to Endebess in Trans Nzoia County .
Ngeno had been representing Emurua Dikirr in Bomet County since 2022 and was known for his advocacy on issues like land rights, security, and community empowerment.
