Vybz Kartel Denies Rumors of East African Tour in May 2026

Jamaican dancehall superstar Vybz Kartel has firmly dismissed circulating claims that he is scheduled to perform in Kenya, Uganda, and Rwanda as part of an East African tour in May 2026.
Reports had suggested the artist would headline events, including stops at venues like Lugogo Cricket Oval in Kampala, BK Arena in Kigali, and a show in Nairobi, sparking excitement among fans in the region. However, Kartel took to his official platforms to clarify that neither he nor his management team has any knowledge of or involvement in these purported shows.
In a detailed statement, the "World Boss" emphasized that no East African performances have been announced or confirmed by his authorized representatives. He warned that any promoters, individuals, or platforms advertising these concerts are doing so without permission and are potentially misleading the public. Kartel urged fans, promoters, and venues to avoid engaging with or sending money to those behind the claims, describing them as possible scams that could lead to financial loss.
